How to order
I do not have an online store (one day...). Please contact me to let me know what you would like to purchase, or to discuss which saddle will be best for you and your horse. I then send you an invoice via Paypal, Square, or Venmo Business. Be sure to provide your full shipping address, and your preferred payment method. I have some popular items in stock in my shop. Most other items are in stock in The Netherlands, and ship out quickly, but please be patient and understand that shipping and customs can take 2-3 weeks.
Demo
- I have a 10 day demo program, so you can spend enough time riding in the saddle to make sure it works for both you and your horse. Please put at least 3 good rides on the saddle.
Demo fee is $800. Most of this is fully refundable, and includes:
- Shipping both ways, which is typically between $60-$110, depending on your location. Shipping is non-refundable. If you keep the saddle, your unused return shipping is credited towards the purchase price.
- $20 processing fee - non-refundable. This covers payment transactions fees, and my time and materials shipping the saddle. This is credited towards the purchase price if you buy a saddle. Note: If you demo and return several saddles, only a single $20 processing fee will be credited towards your final purchase.
- Saddle security deposit is the remainder of the $800 after shipping and processing fee are deducted, and covers the deposit for the saddle and all accessories and fitting aids that go in your box. This is 100% refundable when the saddle is returned undamaged. Rubbing from legs, boots, stirrups is considered normal and acceptable. Claw-marks from the barn-cat or tire-tracks, tears, gouges, scratches, stains, obvious damage will be deducted from your deposit. If you purchase a saddle, the deposit it credited towards the purchase price.
- To get your demo started, I will need:
- good pictures of you (mounted, from the side, in your comfortable, natural riding position) and of your horse without a saddle standing square: 1 taken straight on from the side, the other taken from the rump and towards the wither, shoulder, back.
- your shipping address
- your preferred payment method ( Square, Paypal, or Venmo Business)
- your current saddle size, and your height, weight, inseam
- any issues you have had with other saddles and what you like and don't like in a saddle
- Edix is willing to customize various items like leather colors, trims, panel variations, but all customizations take an extra 8-10 weeks.
NOTE: Prices are subject to change based upon the Euro to dollar exchange rate.
