I don't have a website shopping cart, because it would be impossible to manage with 3 suppliers and varying inventories, backorders, and lead times across 3 countries. In addition, almost everything I sell is custom, so I find it better to be able to work directly with customers to get things right and find realistic lead-time estimates, rather than using a shopping cart.
NOTE! GHOST dealers are assigned regions. I am the exclusive fitter and sales for the Western I-90 corridor: WA, ID, MT, ND, SD, MN, WI . My GHOST colleagues sell to other states.
- Payment is due in full before I place the order with Ghost
- Custom Ghost saddles can not be returned or exchanged. When your order is placed with Ghost, the order is final.

- EDIX items ordered from the EDIX warehouse in The Netherlands cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. The sale is final once your item ships from The Netherlands. I cannot return such items to EDIX, and I cannot afford to absorb them into my inventory.
