How to Order GHOST

I don't have a website shopping cart, because it would be impossible to manage with 3 suppliers and varying inventories, backorders, and lead times across 3 countries. In addition, almost everything I sell is custom, so I find it better to be able to work directly with customers to get things right and find realistic lead-time estimates, rather than using a shopping cart.

Ordering your Ghost

NOTE! GHOST dealers are assigned regions. I am the exclusive fitter and sales for the Western I-90 corridor: WA, ID, MT, ND, SD, MN, WI . My GHOST colleagues sell to other states.

Design your saddle and choose accessories
I will send you better pictures of the materials you choose, since my colors on my website are only good enough to get ideas from. We then make sure you are happy with the material/color choices.
When we're sure everything is right, provide your shipping address, and let me know whether you prefer Paypal, Square (card processing) or Venmo business. I will send you an invoice.
Leadtime for custom GHOST saddles is currently 6-8 weeks, and can change and vary without notice.

Choose your item, size, color.
Let me know what you want to order
I will check availability: either from my inventory, in EDIX inventory in Holland, or on backorder, and give you a leadtime.
When we're sure everything is right, provide your shipping address, and let me know whether you prefer Paypal, Square (card processing) or Venmo business. I will send you an invoice.
Leadtime for items I do not have in my local inventory is 2-4 weeks, unless it's on backorder.
EDIX allows customizations - just ask! Customizations add an additional 8-10 weeks to the lead-time.

How to Demo GHOST and EDIX

DEMO Program

I have a 10 day demo program, so you can spend enough time riding in the saddle to make sure it works for both you and your horse. Please put at least 3 good rides on the saddle.

Demo deposit is $800. Most of this is fully refundable, and includes:

Shipping, which is typically between $20-$60 each way, depending on your location. Shipping is non-refundable. If you keep the saddle, your unused return shipping is credited towards the purchase price.
$10/$20 processing fee - non-refundable. This covers payment transactions fees, and my time and materials shipping the saddle. $10 for Venmo and $20 for Paypal and Square. This is credited towards the purchase price if you buy a saddle. Note: If you demo and return several saddles, only a single processing fee will be credited towards your final purchase.
Saddle security deposit is the remainder of the $800 after shipping and processing fee are deducted, and covers the deposit for the saddle and all accessories and fitting aids that go in your box. This is 100% refundable when the saddle is returned undamaged. Rubbing from legs, boots, stirrups is considered normal and acceptable. Claw-marks from the barn-cat or tire-tracks, tears, gouges, scratches, stains, obvious damage will be deducted from your deposit. If you purchase a saddle, the deposit it credited towards the purchase price.
To get your demo started, I will need:

good pictures of you (mounted, from the side, in your comfortable, natural riding position) and of your horse without a saddle standing square: 1 taken straight on from the side, the other taken from the rump and towards the wither, shoulder, back.
your shipping address
your preferred payment method ( Square, Paypal, or Venmo Business)
your current saddle size, and your height, weight, inseam
any issues you have had with other saddles and what you like and don't like in a saddle

Once you have demo'ed a saddle and made sure everything is just right, you can purchase the demo saddle, or we can put together the perfect order for you via phone or email.

NOTE: I accept payment and deposits via Paypal, Square, Venmo Business, Cash (checks on a case-by-case basis).
